Heat relieves the pain and the heat warming pod is idea for relief. It heats up in just 15 min and stays hot for hours. It comes with a pouch to fasten around your waist. However, we had to a seek out a pouch to place it in when used on my shoulder. I would recommend a second pouch the size of the pod to use on your shoulders, keep it clean and to transport it.

8. Mrs Scrivener on 27/04/2023This gets so, so hot. I love it but and it is a big, but the lengths of the straps on it are just so short. You advertised it as going over the shoulders, etc, and unless you are a barbie doll, it just does not fit. And what about men? They get as much, if not more back and shoulder pain as we do. Apart from that, just be careful as the heat is really hot, so not suitable around children. But it certainly does the job of heating and warming.

1. The delivery and insurance cost is for delivery within Australia. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.
