17. Mrs Price from QLD on 2/06/2023I am extremely happy with my shower rug. Being elderly, slipping on a wet shower floor is a risk… but not anymore! I feel confident and safe using this plus it feels great under my feet and you can give your feet a good rub on it. The suction cups do hold it securely so it doesn’t move and the clean white colour looks great. The water does take a little longer to drain but doesn’t overflow the shower floor so not a problem. I won’t shower without it now and would highly recommend it.

When I saw it in the Innovations catalogue I had to try it and am so pleased that I did. I bought both sizes, one for the home shower and one for the caravan shower and they are both perfect for my needs. The large one is a good size in the shower and extremely comfortable underfoot. The water drains out through it well.

Also the first one went mouldy after a while. The top part cleaned ok with bleach but the other underside plastic went slimy regardless of the amount of bleach and scrubbing.

However, the water was not passing through quick enough and therefore collected in the base of the shower. The mat had to be lifted to allow excess water go down the drain. To assist the water to pass more quickly we have cut a few holes in the mat around the drain.

Stated water runs through it but it just fills up between the layers of the mat , with water building up in the shower. suction caps are not the best they dont always stick to the tiles. Only good thing is that is that once the suction caps work it makes the shower floor less slippery. Wouldn't buy again.
