  Easy to use. Came already assembled but needed to oil wheel which was making a noise. little cap in centre is secured by 3 lugs - gently used a knife to do the trick. Machine did not come with any oil (instruction book said it did) so used sewing machine oil. Working well and enjoying the additional exercise. Can recommend.

  I am very happy with my Seated Elliptical Exerciser. It is easy to use , I am finding it easier to walk . I suffer from Osteo Arthritis and the machine is very helpful. Making it more so is the fact that I don’t have to pedal it manually so it is not a strain.

  Great value for the money! You can cycle yourself, or set it going at your chosen speed and you can keep going automatically for up to 30 minutes (and set it going again if you wish). The only drawbacks are not being able to adjust the resistance limit on speed. However, after comparing it with other, more expensive exercisers (one was $840!), this is great for the price!

  Absolutely love this elliptical trainer having disabilities and unable to walk far this is a blessing in disguise I use it nightly while watching the news. For anyone that has troubles in walking etc I highly recommend this machine! You sit there and it does all the work and you can feel it working!

  I am so very happy with my new exercise bike. It is light, compact and very easy to use. It has a number of operating options to chose from beginners to more advanced exercisers and the the remote control is helpful and easy to use. I had a total knee replacement surgery in March 2019 and I wish I had bought one earlier to help with my recovery.
