Working well for the dog

Very pleased with the product but having a small problem with getting the dog to use as he is ten years old and this is very new to him but will persevere with the problem.

No problem setting the steps up - BIG problem getting the dog to use it. He refuses - what can I say? Have never had a problem when purchasing things from INNOVATIONS and I thank you for that - the dog has let me down.

I am extremely happy with this article. I use it to let my dog on the bed and he thinks it is great.

Find this product very helpful for aged chihuahua to access bed. We use it as steps but cover with a cloth to hide the gaps. He used it first time with a treat to tempt him, now uses on a regular basis.

The steps are excellent and have given one of our pals a load of relief. He can now walk up the steps to claim a lap - rather than wait, and suffer the annoyance and embarrassment of being picked up! Excellent

For my small legged Terrier the ramp is perfect to access the car and my bed! Thankyou

This little ramp / steps is brilliant it gives our 12.5 year old Jack Russell the independence to get up on the bed without pain. Great product.

Very happy with my dog ramp although has been quite hard getting him to walk up it as it is pretty slippery. Had to glue some pieces if carpet onto it to make it more accessible for him--much better now.

The collapsible Pet Ramp and Steps is an ideal product for saving your car from scratches as your pet jumps in to your car. It is a sturdy product. Quick and easy to set up and adjust. I suggest it be purchased when your pet is still young so he/she can be trained early to use the ramp or steps...it is sometimes difficult to teach an old dog new tricks.

As our dog is getting along in years we were looking for a ramp to help her to access the car. Still having problems "teaching an old dog new tricks" but this ramp will do the job admirably. We like the fact that it can be made into steps as well as a ramp. Love your magazine and have purchased many items from you, with a list of favorites saved for when we can afford them. Had to wait for the product as it was popular.We are completely satisfied with the product, it has worked a treat for our 6yr poodle, she uses it to get on the bed & off, with no problems

A very good idea for small dogs, practicable and folds up so that it can be stored away or be able to put into the car to take with you

A little wonky, ok for small dog

Great for my dog to get in and out of the car without me having to lift him. Steady and well constructed, it took a little training to have him use the ramp with confidence, but it's working well now. Ramp is quite light when folded and stores easily in the car boot. Recommend this product for smaller dogs.

Exactly as advertised but my chihuahua is a little reluctant to use them

I purchased these ramp and steps to assist my dogs getting into car. Can be a little rickety, but dogs in training to use.

Unfortunately, the dog is scared of it, Will take some time to get her used to it. Other than that always great, prompt service

this was for my daughters elderly dog ,she is still trying to teach him how to use it ,having a little trouble teaching it to him.I think the idea is great and would be really beneficial for him.

The product itself is very good. However, it does not reach my bed height. I still plan to retain it as it may come in handy when we go on holiday.

A bit flimsy, probably OK for smallish dogs. Some parts have sharp edges so it's easy to cut your fingers / thumbs when erecting the steps.

My dog cannot grip on the surfaces. We will have to stick on a non-slip surface.

Upon receiving this item it was faulty, legs were uneven and unbalanced. Reported to Innovations and returned to Australia Post with prepaid return. I made phone call after 1 week to be informed that it may take up to 3 weeks for return parcel to get to them !! I have posted parcels myself and did not take that long! Is it because it is prepaid goes slow mail ? Then I have to wait for processing before item is replaced. Not good enough! Your product fault and I have to wait over 1 month!

I found this not suitable for my dog. Steps too slippery.

I do not recommend these steps/ramp. The dogs will not use them due to the slippery surface on the steps/ramp. We bought some material and stuck to the steps to give better grip but as the steps are light weight they move about when the dogs are on them, thus not giving the dogs confidence to use them. Suggest manufacturer improves by making more stable, wider steps and a non slip surface. Rate: Not suitable for purpose

Sorry to say this product is not of as good quality as it looks my 10kg dog made it bend the first time she tried to walk on it now she's too scared of it to try again.

Not suitable for animals!! Very slippery surface with no traction. To be effective, it needs carpet or similar on the steps.
